West Somerset Railway

We are brilliantly located for our local heritage Steam Railway.  Starting from Bishops Lydeard, just a few minutes down the road, it runs to the seaside at Minehead stopping at Dunster and Watchet amongst other places en-route.

There is a regular service, and Driver Experience days for enthusiasts.

August 21st          Dunster Show is the premier Agricultural Show in West Somerset and one of the major one day Shows of the West of England. Taking place on the Lawns below Dunster Castle the dramatic backdrop is a perfect setting for a family day out.
